Duplicate purchase — accidental double-charges or repeat orders
To request a refund, please contact us at ctxsupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We may ask you to demonstrate the problem or show that you've attempted to use the product before processing a refund.
We cannot offer refunds for:
Change of mind after accessing the product
Failure to use or implement the product
Lack of results (our products provide knowledge, tools and resources — outcomes depend on your application)
Purchases made more than 30 days ago
